1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and 1jxl ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 1jxl online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, accessing the website at 1jxl.cam, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 1jxl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time through submission of government-issued identification such as Philippine passport, driver's license, or Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) card.

You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal disability that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are prohibited from using the Services. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of twenty-one (21) will be immediately terminated, all funds forfeited, and appropriate authorities notified as required by PAGCOR regulations.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Services are available exclusively to residents of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that you are physically located in the Philippines when accessing the Services. We employ geo-location technology to verify your location. Users attempting to access the Services from outside the Philippines or through virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies will have their accounts suspended or terminated.

2.3 Account Creation

You may register only one (1) account per individual. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Each account must be registered using accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You must not register an account on behalf of another person or entity. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password.

• You agree to notify 1jxl immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
• You acknowledge that you are responsible for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party.
• You agree to use strong passwords and implement reasonable security measures to protect your account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

You may fund your 1jxl account using payment methods designated by us from time to time, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and other electronic payment systems. All deposits must originate from financial accounts or payment methods registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous sources, or accounts not matching your registered information are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are established at our sole discretion and may vary by payment method. We reserve the right to reject or refund any deposit at our discretion. Processing times for deposits vary by payment method but typically complete within minutes for electronic payment systems. You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution or payment provider for deposit transactions.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your account balance subject to the following conditions: (i) you have completed the required identity verification process; (ii) you have met all wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions; (iii) your account is in good standing with no pending disputes or violations; and (iv) you have provided complete and accurate banking or payment method information for receiving withdrawn funds.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 1jxl management. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to seventy-two (72) hours depending on the payment method and amount requested.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

1jxl maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at our sole discretion. Suspicious transactions or activity will be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law. You agree that 1jxl may freeze or confiscate funds reasonably believed to be proceeds of illegal activity or connected to money laundering operations.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

1jxl may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Promotions") from time to time. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. You agree to read and comply with all Promotion-specific terms before participating. Failure to comply with Promotion terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds before they convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with 20x wagering requirement means you must place wagers totaling twenty times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely from wagering contributions.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are subject to abuse detection. We reserve the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus systems, employing betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity we deem to be contrary to the spirit of the Promotion.

5. Game Rules and Fair Gaming

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the 1jxl platform utilize certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated by trained professionals. Game outcomes are determined by chance and mathematical probability. 1jxl does not and cannot influence game outcomes. Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface or upon request from customer support.

5.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of system malfunction, communication failure, hardware or software errors, or any other technical problem that affects game integrity, 1jxl reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. Display errors, incorrect odds, or other mistakes do not bind 1jxl, and we reserve the right to correct errors and settle bets at correct values. If a game malfunctions after being initiated, 1jxl will refund the amount wagered on that specific game round.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in our system or game software
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Engaging in chip dumping, soft playing, or other forms of manipulation in multiplayer games
• Using any device, software, or routine to interfere with proper functioning of the Services
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our software
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems
• Engaging in any fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest activity

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, 1JXL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 1jxl does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

You acknowledge that online gaming involves risk of financial loss. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose. 1jxl is not responsible for gambling-related problems, financial losses, or negative consequences arising from your use of the Services. 7. Account Suspension and Termination

1jxl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, failure to complete identity verification, abuse of bonuses or promotions, use of prohibited software or methods, suspicious betting patterns, or any other conduct we deem detrimental to the integrity of our Services or community.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. We reserve the right to withhold any remaining account balance if termination was due to breach of these Terms or suspicious activity. If your account is terminated for valid cause, you are not entitled to refund of any losses or return of confiscated funds. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code (collectively, "Content") available on the 1jxl platform, including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, and arrangement of such Content, is owned, controlled, or licensed by or to 1jxl and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

You agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting 1jxl customer support. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1jxl regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

10.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 1jxl may freely assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
